We are kicking off our wellness series with the most important piece of the puzzle: water. Most of us are dehydrated without realizing it. Sweaty workouts, lots of caffeine or sometimes simply just forgetting to grab a glass of water here or there, leaves us feeling thirsty and sluggish. Our bodies need proper hydration for better cognitive function, digestion, and more energy to live life and feel well. 

HNDSM tip: we have found that drinking 1 liter of water three times a day has been the best strategy for us to get adequate water through the day.
