This past year, while having to spend most of our time at home due to the pandemic, getting outside for short walks with our dog quickly became a treasured part of the day. The fresh air dramatically helped with clearing our headspace and often renewed our perspectives. Aside from being great for concentration and uplifting the mood, Oxygen is essential in maintaining healthy brain function, for growth and healing.

HNDSM tip: Spending 15 minutes outside or opening up a window in your house (even if it is super cold out), is a great way to refresh your mental space and shift the energy in your home.
